Quality-first installer network

We send buyers, not browsers. Matched 1:1, not auctioned three ways.

NGS doesn't broker price shoot-outs between three installers. We identify Australian homeowners who've decided to invest in quality — then match each of them to a single installer who can sell it. The result: you spend your day quoting buyers, not chasing rebate hunters.

"The cheap-system economy has its own market. Ours isn't it."

About

We channel quality buyers to installers who can sell quality.

NGS isn't a lead service. It's a quality-buyer routing network. Our job is to channel the Australians who've explicitly chosen system longevity over lowest STC payout to the installers who can actually deliver it — and to keep everyone else off your phone.

Intent filter

Browsers, comparison-shoppers and rebate hunters self-select out of our funnel before they ever become a lead. Only homeowners who can articulate why warranty length matters reach you.

Quality framework

Every visitor sees a plain-English breakdown of panel grade, inverter chemistry, real-world battery sizing and warranty mechanics before they finish the funnel. They learn what quality actually looks like, not what the discount sticker says.

1:1 matching

Each buyer is matched to a single installer. You don't compete on price for the same job with two other companies. You earn the install on engineering, warranty, and how well you can explain the trade-offs.

We send better-intentioned buyers to installers who win on engineering, not on the cheapest sticker.
The lead market is broken. We built around it.

Three-quote auctions vs 1:1 quality matching.

The price-shopper race

Three-way auction. Lowest quote wins.

The standard model in this market: a customer fills a form, the lead is sold to three installers, and they race to undercut each other. You spend your day quoting price-shoppers who'll pick whoever lands $200 cheaper — regardless of panel warranty, mounting longevity, or who's actually doing the install.

1:1 quality match

One buyer. One installer. No auction.

NGS matches each buyer to a single installer. Before the match, every customer works through our quality framework — panel grade, inverter chemistry, real-world battery sizing, warranty mechanics. The leads you receive have explicitly chosen value over price. You win the install on engineering, not on a $200 discount.

Quality buyers don't fall out of a click. We filter for them.

The faster a lead is pushed down the funnel, the less qualified it is. We add filtering layers between the click and the lead — for purchase intent and for quality preference — so the people we send you are educated, clear on what they want, and looking for a system that lasts, not the cheapest STC payout.

Example — the quality-preference filter

Problem.
Lots of solar visitors arrive trying to maximise their rebate. They'll go with whoever quotes lowest, treat the install as a one-off transaction, and bail at the first warranty conversation.
Our solution.
Before a visitor becomes a lead, our quality framework walks them through panel performance warranty vs product warranty, what "Tier 1" actually means (and doesn't), inverter chemistry, and mounting longevity. Rebate hunters click away. Quality buyers keep going.
Result.
The leads you receive want a system that performs in year 12, not year 2. They're paying for engineering, not chasing a discount.

Example — the battery expectations filter

Problem.
Plenty of buyers want a battery because they've heard it makes them "energy independent" or pays for itself in a year. When they discover the real numbers, they walk — wasting your quoting time.
Our solution.
When a customer indicates battery interest, we show them a plain-English screen on realistic battery sizing, payback, backup limitations and current rebates — before they ever become a lead.
Result.
The battery leads you receive have realistic expectations and a realistic budget. Fewer drop-offs, more closes.
Raising the bar

Five reasons installers choose us.

1

1:1 matching, never a price auction.

Each buyer is matched to one installer in our network. You never compete with two other companies on price for the same job. You win on engineering and the trade-offs you can explain.

2

Quality-buyer filter.

Browsers, rebate hunters and "what's your cheapest 6.6kW" callers self-select out of our funnel. The leads you receive want a system that lasts, and they have a budget calibrated to system longevity, not lowest install price.

3

Fair return policy.

Reject a genuinely bad lead within 7 days and you won't be invoiced for it. We take the feedback into our funnel so the next leads are tighter. Fairest in the business.

4

Ethical, transparent, paid-on-quality.

Honest SEO, no incentivised leads, no call centres, no door-knockers. We don't get paid more for sending more bad leads — we get paid for sending the right ones.

5

Solar & batteries only — no dabbling.

Solar, batteries and EV charging is all we do — every filter, every page, every lead. That's why our quality framework cuts deeper than a generic comparison-quote site can.

How it works

Our lead qualification process.

Visitors don't become leads by clicking a button. They become leads by working through a 15-question quote request that pre-screens for intent, budget and timeline.

Step 1

Arrive.

Visitors find us through organic search, content and paid advertising.

Step 2

Educate.

We answer their questions with guides, comparisons and independent advice.

Step 3

Request quotes.

They complete our multi-step quote form (15 qualifying questions).

Step 4

Convert.

Only once every question is answered and contact details are validated do they become a lead you can buy.

The 15 qualifying questions on our quote form.

Every visitor answers every question before they're matched. No shortcuts, no partial submissions sold as "leads".

  • 1. Do you own the property?
  • 2. Property type — house, townhouse, commercial?
  • 3. Roof material / type?
  • 4. Single or double storey (roof height)?
  • 5. Typical quarterly electricity bill?
  • 6. Solar only, battery only, or both?
  • 7. New install, or upgrade of existing solar?
  • 8. Approximate system size or budget range?
  • 9. Interested in a Virtual Power Plant (VPP)?
  • 10. Is blackout / backup power important?
  • 11. Do you own or plan to buy an EV?
  • 12. Paying cash or interested in finance?
  • 13. How many quotes — 1, 2 or 3?
  • 14. When are you looking to buy?
  • 15. Contact details + anything else we should know.

Post-lead follow-up timeline

Once a lead is matched to your team, our follow-up keeps them warm and accountable — so your quoting time is well spent.

Day 1

Welcome.

The customer is emailed immediately, told which installers will contact them, shown how to compare, and prompted with key questions to ask each quoter.

Day 8

Check-in.

We confirm they've received their quotes and send a comparison checklist so they judge on more than price.

Day 60

Review.

We ask who they chose and invite a review of that installer — building a growing, search-visible bank of independent reviews you can reuse.

How we work with you

The 7-step model.

From the moment someone searches to the day you collect a review — here's exactly how the system works end to end.

1

People find us.

Through wide online advertising, a deep library of expert solar-and-battery content, and beginner-friendly explainers that build trust before a quote request.

2

Online form.

When ready, visitors complete our multi-step form with their requirements and contact details.

3

Matching engine.

We match them to up to three installers who suit their needs and service their location.

4

We contact the customer.

They receive the details of up to three quoting companies (including you) plus a checklist to help them choose on quality, not just price.

5

We contact you.

You receive the qualified lead by email, SMS or direct CRM integration. This is the point at which we charge you.

6

You convert.

You follow up and quote; the winning installer makes the sale and the install. No commission is payable to us.

7

Customer feedback.

Around 60 days later we invite the customer to review you, publishing it as independent proof you can reuse in your own marketing.

FAQ

Your questions, answered.

How is this different from a comparison-quote service?
Two real differences. One: every buyer is matched to a single installer — you don't compete with two other companies on price for the same job. Two: our funnel is built to surface quality preferences, not maximise rebates. Comparison services give you more volume; NGS gives you fewer, better-aligned buyers. If you win on engineering, warranty and long-term outcomes, you'll close more of ours.
Will I compete with other installers for the same lead?
No. Once a buyer is matched to your team, no other installer in our network receives that lead. 1:1 by design. You earn the install on merit, not on a $200 undercut.
What kind of buyers actually reach me?
Quality-first buyers. Every customer has worked through our 15-question quote funnel and our quality framework — panel grade, inverter chemistry, real battery sizing, warranty mechanics. Browsers, rebate hunters and "what's your cheapest 6.6kW" callers self-select out before they ever become a lead.
How will I receive leads?
By email or SMS — but the best option is a direct server-to-server integration so leads drop straight into your CRM in real time. Setup takes roughly a day of IT work, done jointly with our team.
Does it integrate with my CRM?
Yes — direct API integration is supported. Your developer + our team will have it running inside a day.
What if a lead turns out to be a price shopper anyway?
Reject it within 7 days and you won't be invoiced. We take the feedback into our funnel so the next leads are tighter. Fairest return policy in the Australian solar lead-gen market.
Can I pause my account or set a budget cap?
Yes to both. Set the cap daily, weekly or monthly. Pause any time. No minimum term, no lock-in.
Can I request a specific lead type?
Yes — battery-only, solar-only, VPP, commercial, or by location. Targeting is flexible. We'll never send you leads outside your accepted categories.
Aren't customers always going to pick the cheapest quote regardless?
Plenty do — and those visitors don't become NGS leads. Our quality framework filters for buyers who'll listen to a longer pitch on hardware grade and warranty support. If a homeowner's only interest is the lowest sticker, they're never matched to your team.
